I designed these mod bolts specifically for the 1up bike racks. These hollow bolts thread into the existing rack by hand and allow paracord (550 cord) to be used to pull the release bar without strain. Simply add your own paracord or purchase the package here which will include enough paracord for the standard 2 tray rack. 
This is a cost effective solution to assist you in building your own pulling assembly to mimic the function of the EZ Pull.
Designed specifically for the 1up bike racks with the release bar such as the Heavy Duty (HD), Quik Rack (QR), or Super Duty (SD).
They are made durable to ensure that they will last for a long time. I have been using these on my own rack for well over 2 years and they look and function as new.

These should not be installed with any tools. They are designed to be tightened snug by hand.
I have 4 work days set as my handling time due to my work schedule. I should be able to get items out quicker most times but this should be the worst case scenario.
